How to Use

Massage Bond-Building Repair Shampoo throughout damp hair and rinse. After cleansing, apply Bond-Building Repair Conditioner and leave on for 1-2 minutes. Rinse. Once a week, after cleansing with Bond-Building Repair Shampoo, apply Bond-Building Repair Treatment from roots to ends. Leave on for 5 minutes. Rinse.

The conditioner wasn't bad, I just wasn't impressed. I gave the kit to a friend to try and got just the treatment for myself, I'll just continue to use my regular shampoo with it. She used the shampoo and conditioner without the treatment and noticed a difference from her usual hair, so I don't think the set is a bad choice!! The repair treatment made my hair look insanely healthy. I applied it and brushed my hair, left it for closer to 10..let it air dry and straightened it..3 days after it was still super shiny, appeared healthy and soft. I have NEVER bleached my hair before, did it on day 3 like above, I did a smaller section for a streak of AFox cosmic sunshine, I have light brown hair and it lifted quickly and evenly, it didn't feel gross, just a little dryer, I don't know if it actually made a difference, but I'm confident it's ok to bleach and color after using this product. I have since let a week pass and used it again, it didn't affect my color, it's still very vibrant. Where I bleached doesn't feel as coarse after using it. I noticed a difference between my dry hair before and my air dried hair after my wash tonight. I even noticed a difference from my wet hair after shampooing and my wet hair after rinsing out the treatment.
