Comments about dpHUE Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse:

I received this in my fab fit fun box and have used it just a few times. Every time I've used it I think I'll try again because maybe I was using it wrong. It leaves my hair feeling really thick and tangled-almost as if I had too much product in my hair. Also my hair looks nasty and greasy. I'm about to shower again just to clean my hair.

My hair is very fine, very wavy and quick to break. Also, I can' t use heavy conditioners or it gets limp and greasy looking.....but this product cleans my hair, adds shine and all I need afterwards is a light leave in conditioner.

I've completely replaced my shampoo + conditioner thanks to this product and only have to wash my hair about every 10 days, using dry shampoo as needed (only about every 3 days and very minimally). This stuff is amazing and it doesn't fully strip your hair of natural oils, which helps increase health. I love this product.

I use this product if not every day, it's every other day to lay off the shampoo and conditioner. I feel as if it makes my hair so soft and more healthy and I love it!

So far I like this product. It has a very subtle vinegar scent but it's very faint and after rinsing you can't tell whatsoever. My hair typically feels Really clean after using. I can't quite stop using a conditioner with it however- just on the ends of my hair at least.

Comments about dpHUE Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse:

I bought the scalp scrub first and noticed the product said it's best used with the rinse as well. I had no idea really how to use the products as the instructions are pretty brief. What works for me is that I use the "system" (scalp scrub, rinse, leave-in spray) once a week. For context, I only wash my hair about 2 times per week. I shampoo first, then use the scalp scrub, then put in the rinse on my scalp and massage it in, and put conditioner on my ends at the same time. After I rinse and towel dry, I use the leave-in spray and comb using a wide-tooth comb. I always notice such a huge difference in my hair both when I rinse and when I comb out my hair.

Comments about dpHUE Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse:

I got this last year for the first time with my fall FFF box. Instant love and here's my 100% brutally honest review! First off, let me say that if you have greasy hair or wait for a week to wash your hair then this product is not for you. I would say it's more for those with flaking issues or people who use a lot of product that creates scalp build up. It's not really a true shampoo and more like a hair treatment to use once or twice a week. So yes, the smell is vinegar, but that's what the product is. It's tolerable for the most part to me. However, if you want to complain about the smell because you hate the smell of vinegar, then don't buy this product. Or any of the apple cider dpHUE products for that matter. It won't lather well either because it's not a soap based shampoo with all that extra junk in it to make it suds. You'll end up using more than you thought you'd have to because you're expecting those suds. Also, don't just use it on your scalp and let it sit there. Move your hands around like you normally would with any other shampoo. Get your nails on your scalp and scrape off that old skin/build up. Even apply on the length of your hair and work around. After rinsing if you feel that your hair isn't as clean as you would like then use a small amount of your normal shampoo and give it a go. Be a directions breaker - it's ok, I won't tell anyone. Also, a tip from me to you. Use a conditioner afterwards regardless of what the directions say. Whether it's a light cream or heavier cream - use something. Just trust me on this one. Don't just use the ACV and let it be done, I can tell you that you won't like the end product if you do. It does tend to dry the hair out for most people. Let's face it, everyone is unique and thus, not everyone has the same hair/scalp combination. If you followed the directions and everything worked out for you then YAY! However, if you tried and feel like you wasted your money, don't. Find a way to make the product work for you.
