Comments about Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Airbrush Foundation:

I have very oily skin that gets worse in the summer, so I don't like to wear liquid foundation during that time. I wouldn't consider this a full coverage, definitely light to medium. However, it glides on smooth, blurs imperfections, goes on matte but not flat and if you want to build up more coverage, it's not cakey. I wore this during 80 degree weather while playing in my flowers and mowing. It didn't sweat off or get weird and my face never got that gross, needs to be washed feeling that we often get while working hard while wearing makeup. Absolutely, I would recommend this to anyone with oily skin!

Comments about Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Airbrush Foundation:

Originally purchased this powder because of the packaging, I travel a lot and wanted something that wouldn't make a mess in my bag. or when i open it.
It looks great but it tends to look cakey and show a lot of fine lines after a few hours if you're applying it full coverage. Lately I've just been using it on problem spots.

Lightweight, but cakey if used with Tarte BB primer

By Olivia

from Indiana

Pros

  • Blends Well
  • Goes On Smoothly
  • Lightweight

Cons

    Best Uses

    • Light To Medium Coverage

Comments about Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Airbrush Foundation:

I like this loose powder as it is light weight and the coverage is buildable. However, it does not look good with the Tarte BB tinted primer underneath which is very unfortunate. It gives full cover with both, but it looks super caked on if both are used. I have found that using this either alone with a finishing spray to hold it in place, or using the Urban Decay optical illusion primer before under this loose powder gives it a lovely smooth, matte look. Still, finishing spray is REQUIRED for this powder to stay in place. It's also a bit pricey for what it is.

    My skin looks amazing

    By Dwight Schrute

    from New York, NY

Comments about Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Airbrush Foundation:

This powder foundation makes my skin look so good. It's like my skin but better. It's covers most of my redness and acne. To get it to full coverage you definitely have to build it up but when you do it doesn't look cakey. However, I have pretty oily skin so it doesn't last that long which I kind of expected. But overall I really like it and recommend it.

    Love it!!

    By Tina

    from Orlando, FL

Comments about Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Airbrush Foundation:

I use this loose powder foundation to set the Amazonian Clay full coverage cream foundation and I love the combination! Although they are both full coverage, they are light weight and give me a natural look. I have combination skin and tend to get really oily sound my nose. This foundation lasts for several hours and helps reduce shine. I will definitely purchase again!

    perfect summer foundation

    By naturalmakeup

    from Sewell, New Jersey

Comments about Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Airbrush Foundation:

This foundation has the perfect amount of coverage without feeling heavy or looking cake-y. The color was perfect too as my skin begins to tan for summer. Normally I get a fair or porcelain foundation, but for this foundation I purchased light-neutral. I have both yellow and pink undertones but the light-neutral has more yellow than pink which helps it not look orange. I'm definitely keeping this as my seasonal foundation. I love it!

        Hi!
I am wanting a slightly darker shade for the summer and I am having a hard time pin pointing exactly what shade would be the best for my skin. I was told I have neutral undertones so anything should work, but during the winter the light shade that works best for me is Fair Honey which has peach undertones. I don't see any of your darker shades with peach undertones and was going to get light-medium neutral. Would that work or do you have a better recommendation?
