Most Helpful Positive Review Love the product but not the dispenser bought this love it but after half of use the pump does not pump product out also the same with buying age perfect daily serum it doesn't have a pump it has a dropper and the dropper does not allow you to get a third of the bottle because the dropper does not go all the way to the bottom I wish they would come up with a dispenser that you would definitely get all or most of the product out to use as I want to take care of skin I also am trying my best to budget all the necessary things to keep my skin healthy and beautiful and its a shame that you lose all that fantastic product and I really cant afford to buy all the products every 2 months when it probably should last 4 months if you could get all the product out people have commented that I do not look 50 at all and that is thanks to you and these wonderful products but please find a different dispenser
Most Helpful Critical Review Needs packaging improvement The product itself is a nice eye cream. But the packaging is very frustrating. The pump stopped bringing up cream when there was still about a third of the cream left in the container! And there's no way - at least I couldn't find one - to get the top off. So all that cream is going to waste. I would purchase this product again but I'm afraid this might happen again.

Shockingly this product helped depuff my under eye bags. Nothing major but I noticed my eyes looked much better while using this.

Although I love the product, the delivery of the product is terrible. I have two bottles with 1/2" of product still visible in the bottom. The pump stops working before the product is used up. I tried unscrewing the top, but that doesn't work. Seriously, I won't buy a third bottle knowing that I will once again be left with product that I cannot get to! I would buy it if it were packaged in a tube.

Although I really love this product, I'm not happy with the container. It is impossible to get the last of the cream out off the jar. The pump can't get it and the top cannot be removed to enable "scooping" the last of it. For the price one pays for the product, it would be nice to be able to use it all.

Like many other customers who have left reviews here, I like the product. It soothes my very sensitive skin. However, each time I have purchased the product, the pump stops working when the bottle is still half full. I cannot afford to be so wasteful, so I am in search of a different gentle moisturizer.

It seems to shed or rebound off of the revitalized L'oreal moisturizer and appears as if my skin is rejecting it... maybe it the combo...???

I live this product. However, I stopped buying it because the pump fails before I've used up the product. This has happened multiple times. I won't purchase again until they redesign the dispenser.

I've used both the renew cream and the complete eye creams. Both are smooth and silky. However, the dispenser leaves about a 1/3 of the cream in the bottom and stops dispensing. The top doesn't screw off and it's a challenge to get the rest out. It's a waste and maddening when you think you still have a lot left but can't get to it.

I can't believe how well this works.Its better than some of the expensive stuff I buy to combat my aging eye area. It noticeably reduced my eye bags and dark circles while firming up the entire area.Close enough to a miracle product and no annoying smell, and doesn't irritate my eyes.

It works. I'm 35. I have fine lines and the starting of crows feet and this product really helped diminish their appearance. It absorbs quickly and has no fragrance which I love. I can't attest to significant lines and deep wrinkles but it really worked for me. I have tried a multitude of eye products most of them twice as expensive as this one and they did nothing!! This stuff really works but you need to give it time to do its job.

Nice product, but I can't access the remainder of the cream, so there is about 1/3 wasted. I saw a review saying the same thing that was SEVEN YEARS OLD!! What kind of company is that tone-deaf to all the comments on their website? Change the dispensing mechanism, please!

Beware, shoppers. L'Oreal designed this pump bottle so that a substantial amount of the All cream cannot be removed from the pump bottle. And despite many customer complaints, the company continues with the same bottle. I guess they don't care. But we don't have to buy it. This forced waste of product is bad for the customer, bad for our budgets and bad for the environment.

I got this as a gift and it is terrible, my under eyes sting and it then began to swell and get really irritated. My eyes began to get red and my under eyes did as well. So painful, be careful !!!!

My dissatisfaction relates to the pump bottle, and frankly, I am surprised the company has not improved the packaging-based on the high-volume of complaints lodged on this site. A squeeze tube would dispense ALL of the product (not half). From a business standpoint a tube would be less expensive to produce-win-win for everyone! I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the cream, however, money is tight, and I cannot afford to waste it. If you ever change the packaging, I will purchase again.

I really liked this product, however, when the product was half used the pump would no longer dispense the eye cream.. There is a half a bottle left and I cannot get to it.. I've tried twisting the cap off repeatedly but to no avail.. Terrible packaging and a waste of my money.

I tried to return this product to the store but, because more than half was used, they would not allow it. Trouble is, I did not know until 2/3 of it was gone that I would not be able to pump out the rest. That is a lot of expensive product to waste and drastically increases the cost. Until L'Oreal comes up with a way for customers to use ALL of the cream I will never buy it again. If they want customers like me back, they need to advertise that they've redesigned the bottle and pump.

I really like this product, but the pump stops working when there is about 1/3 of the product left in the glass bottle. I have had to wrestle the top off and put a Q-tip in to swab out the remaining product, otherwise you have to throw it away and waste this expensive product. L'Oreal really needs to come up with better packaging for this eye cream. This issue happens every time I've used this product, so not just once.

I love the way this cream went so smooth on with an illuminating look , it made my tired eyes look awake and my eyes bags disappear. The only issue I had with this product was halfway through the bottle the pump stopped working and there was no way to take cover off , so a half of bottle wasted every time ! I purchased a couple times hoping I?d get to use the whole bottle , but same thing every time I bought it , it?s too bad , because it was one of the best under eye cream I have ever used ! Hopefully L?Or?al will change the packaging.

Last summer, I had eye surgery to remove cataracts. Good news was that I was left with 20/20 vision...bad news was that no longer needing glasses, I became painfully aware of the puffiness and dark circles under my eyes. Last month, I bought the Age Perfect Eye Renewal Cream and have been using it faithfully twice per day. Much to my surprise, it has made a huge difference. The puffiness has diminished substantially, and the dark circles have started to disappear. When you consider the cost of the average eye renewal cream on the market, this product is a steal. Thank you L'Oreal!

I am 51 and need an eye cream but end up hating them because of irritation. I never apply above the socket bone on my cheeks because of the way these creams absorb, and I tapped on the smallest amount around each eye. My eyes are tearing up and everything is a bit cloudy now visually. This is exactly why I don't use eye creams, no matter how much I need one. Texture is nice, obviously absorbs quickly, but there's a slight fragrance and that alone could be adding to my minor discomfort. There's no way I could use this during the day. I like Loreal products, but eye creams by any company don't appear to work well for me.
