Most Helpful Positive Review Better than I expected.
Okay I did not buy this palette for the mattes. i bought it because the shimmers looked amazing, and I've paid that much just for 1 shadow before
Been looking for a red shimmer that doesn't lean pink or orange for along time. I'm actually blown away by this palette. First of all i watched a ton of vid reviews to find the best palette for me. This was one of their less loved palettes so i almost didn't buy it but that red was calling my name and the shimmer blue too.
What people said was that the mattes weren't that great and the matte blue has a lot of fallout. I have pale skin so blue fallout on my face is a big nono. Especially since i don't wear foundation.
When i finally worked up the courage to use the blue no only was it easy to use and fairly pigmented but i had ZERO fallout. I just made sure to tap off my brush and went in with a gentle hand. I don't get why everyone complained about fallout. Weird. The other complaint was that the yellow wasn't very pigmented. It's not but that's fine with me as i can't really were a vivid yellow anyway. It's great to use to blend out the other colors or as a base. It's more of a pastel.
The Shimmers are AMAZING. My mind is blown. The shimmer red is ACTUALLY red and not pink or orange. HOLY GRAIL!. That shimmer blue is gorgeous. Love it. They has such a smooth finish. Not crinkly looking like some shimmers.
Okay So i wanna talk about the shimmer gold. I have pale skin with golden undertones so when i try to wear gold on my lid it doesn't usually look good. It kinda just looks like my lid except disgusting. The gold in here was SO flattering on me and actually shocked me.
I haven't used every color but so far I am a huge fan of every shade i touched.
Below is a look i did with with the matte blue the shimmer blue and the silver. Looked better in person. It was SO vivid.
My only complaint is the box gets dirty easily and is very hard to clean off. Not really a big deal though.
Most Helpful Critical Review Broken In Transit - Colors are Great
Order process was quick and effective and delivery fast. Problem is the bottom right shadow was completely crushed resting at the bottom of the package so when I oppened it, sure ruined my outfit for the day... and cancelled the look I wanted to do. Now since I dont have time to send it back and pack it up and do the most... I had to go to an Ulta once the Palette was in stores. It was of course sold out so they expressed I can exchange it when its back in. But all this took me 3 weeks to even get to a store... I dont know when I could come back in so I opted to return it and get the credit on a giftcard. Lastly, the denomination I payed originally had 20% off so ofcourse I will have to pay the price of the palette now and not what I originally payed online. The cashier was nice but kind of just asumed I should understand and that's ok. In my opinion... if you offered an original price and it wasn't my fault, I have to wait and return it because of the broken shadow, there should be more understanding of how inconvenient this has now become. I have to wait and hope I will make it in time for it to be in stock and purchase it for more than what I payed online since taxes are more expensive in the big Apple. Lastly... I ordered this along with 4 of their other Palettes... they were all delivered seperately from this... safely. They chose to seperate this one. for what ever delivery purpose... lol I guess its not smart to pack a palette in any box with just 2 pieces of bubble wrap... I love what I do in my career as an Artist, so I look forward to my new products as much as any beauty lover that walks into your stores. Please find the passion in your delivery process and create ways to acknowledge a customers issue. align with them empathize and assure you will do better. though its not the cashiers fault it was transactional, like the policy was a code being spoken to me not a real life Ulta... Specialist. Kind of seeing the difference in luxury verses convenience.

A really lovely and complete palette. This is a great balance of transition shades (Kisi, Cameroon), brights (Dakar, Cote d'Ivoire, Aya), and shimmers (Togo, Fifi, Kofi). Kofi is one of the best gold shades I have, and is really lovely, and Fifi is a really nice maroon shimmer that is good for sultry type looks. Angelique, the shimmer white, is a great highlight shade for the inner corner and brow bone. The only problem is that some of the bright colors don't have great payoff; Dakar and the emerald green color are pretty good but Cote d'Ivoire is a little patchy and Aya, the lemon yellow color, is extremely low color payoff and kind of disappointing. Overall, I would say this is worth it; the packaging is super cute, the color story is unique and versatile, and most shades are nice. There are just a couple shades I don't use as much.
This Palette has some beautiful colors

Kay from New York
The shimmers was awesome but the other matte colors wasn't as pigmented as I thought they would be.. there wasn't even a lot of pickup on the brush as well. I was disappointed

I've been wanting this palette for the longest time. I'm glad I was able to catch it on sale. The colors are popping and I can't wait to create bold looks with it.

These shadows are amazing. They are so pigmented and long wearing and bold. They look great on ever skin tone. They are cost effective and creative. They blend nicely and have something for everyone.
The Yellow Could Be Better
Asia from Baytown, TX
The blue, green, browns and shimmers are amazing in this palette, but one is quite lackluster. The yellow is the worst one to use with a brush, due to the lack of pigment and crazy fallout. For the yellow to have a great payoff as the others, you'd have to apply with your finger. I don't mind using my finger, but for anyone that's purchasing this palette for the yellow and does - you probably shouldn't buy this. The yellow is the only one that performs like this - besides the minimal fallout they all have.
I would buy again

I had bought the James Charles pallet and I stopped using it because it wasn't good pigment was good but really hard to blend so I bought this pallet and I loved it!! I did 2 really good makeup looks with it just to review it! Can't wait to buy all the other pallet from this maker !

This palette is GORGEOUS!!!! The colors really pop and the pigmentation on the glittery colors I perfect, the only thing is, the yellow was what I most excited for but I wasn't too fond of it. But overall I love it!!!!'

Not the same JP matte quality
Stacy from OH
Everyone saying this was their first purchase and were disappointed and not buying again. The mattes aren't the same quality as the other 11 I own. This is my favorite brand for eyeshadow's slightly behind huda. Dont base the brand on this palette because it's the worst by far. I'd hate for you to miss out on this amazing companies products.
Yes for the most part the shimmers are great but the fans of the brand know how pigment, buttery, and blendable their formula is for both. We know how to apply eyeshadow as well 😂 I just didn't expect to have to pack it on for 20mins or use glitter glue to get the same results as their previous palettes. It's not terrible but I just know they can do better I guess 🤷♀️ I'll most likely keep it just for my collection. I have every Huda ever made and all ABH palettes since M.R. I'm working on JP now lol
Amanda from Los Angeles, CA
Not for those who are afraid of color! Sure, this palette does have a few neutral shades but the reason I bought this palette was for the fun colors. So far I've worn the bright yellow as a transition and went over top with the matte green, then added a little of the shimmery green in the center of the eye. I got lots of compliments! And for those who are complaining about colors not showing up on the eye; you need to PACK on these shadows to get the best results, NOT blend, as you would be blending away the pigment.
Not worth the coin

This was my first Juvia's palette & I was super hyped about my order because I've heard so much about the products. This palette failed to meet expectations because of so much fall out and the color payoff was very lacking. I also ordered 2 blushes & a liquid lipstick.
Queen Ri from Washington, DC
The matte colours do not show as that colours when applied. They are super chalky. I applied like 5 layers of the yellow and I blinked and it was like all of that yellow faded. Same with the other matte colours. The blue and burgundy weren't so bad but the fall out was worst in those

I love this product! It preforms so well!! I also love the color story!
Pretty colors but formula could be better
Joz from Lakewood
I was finally able to try this brand and been eyeing which pallete to get. I like bold colors so I thought this would be great. The mattes could have better formula , I feel that I'm digging a lot on the pan for payoff but I'm able to work it out. The shimmers are actually really good. I guess it explains the price so I'm not mad at it lol but if they work on their mattes then this will be bomb.
Dont waste your coins.
Jae from Philadelphia Pa
Receive this today and returning it tomorrow. The color scheme is beautiful as well as the packaging. The mattes are extremely thin and patchy not the typical Juvia's formula. It is very reminiscent of Elf's old formula. I would rather buy a morphe palette. the shimmers are the Saving Grace of this. Angelique, Fifi, Kofi are amazing.
Love this palette would definitely recommend

Love this palette ❤️
Cmw.wolf from Tampa, Florida
This goes on so beautifully and richly pigmented. But after about 4-5 hours it starts to seriously fade, no matter what I prime with. This palette has glycerin in the formula so no amount of primer will prevent that, especially if you have oily eyelids. Also - had a super allergic reaction to one of the pigments in the shimmery blue and my eyes burned and swelled for days.
Sable from USA
Absolutely love this pallet. Shadows go on effortlessly and super pigmented. All it takes is a touch of the brush through the shadow. Minimal fall out as well for the matte shades. I've tried these with and without primer and I was highly satisfied. I would definitely recommend this pallet!!
Yes I love this products
