Most Helpful Positive Review I guess it's working.... I have been using Crepe Erase since January, 2018, as a last resort of the many products I have already tried. I use it on my hands, arms, neck, and jaw line. I had/have some major crepe-iness going on and was hoping for quick, positive results. Some results happened over time. My hands and forearms are better (not perfect, but definitely less wrinkled). For my upper/under arms, not seeing any improvement; they seem worse, in fact. I was at a family reunion last weekend and two female relatives whom I haven't seen in a year, said similar comments: "Whatever you're using, keep using it!" So, I guess my neck and jaw line have improved, too! Key factors: Use it faithfully, give it time, and start younger than I did.... Age 64.
Most Helpful Critical Review Product review You have a product that works incredibly well, but I have some serious issues with your ingredients. As a 57 year old woman I have spent the last 2 decades researching what goes into the products I put on my body. For years I have used products that I would not use unless you can eat them as well. Everything that you put on your skin is absorbed directly into your body. The ingredients in the body polish are the most toxic of your products. Would you consider researching your ingredient list to "clean" it up? You do have a product that works very well but I'm sure the toxic ingredients included are completely unnecessary for the formula to work. The plant based ingredients are what makes the cream work, not the added preservatives and chemicals. There are plenty of other things you can put in to preserve your cream ( rosemary being just one of them ). I have just spent the last year going through chelation therapy to remove lead from my body that was at a dangerously high level. Lipsticks and hair dye were at the top of the list for lead contamination ( as well as the everyday environmental factors ). So please, would you consider reviewing and researching what you put in your products?? I'm unable to recommend these products to any of my friends at this time because of the ingredient list. All of my friends that are my age and older no longer use products that can compromise ones health. I'm not sure how much longer I will use the cream due to these issues, but at the same time I
hate to stop using it because it does work! Please, please, please clean it up! Thank you for listening to my very strong opinion.

I have been using this product for months but haven't seen real improvement. I keep thinking it will finally work and have invested so much money and effort that I hate to give up, thinking success
is right around the corner. It is expensive and time consuming.
I think I am just throwing good money after bad. Time to wise up. I have wasted enough time and money!

And have gotten good results with many of them but nothing compares to this product. I know people said it takes time but I honestly saw results the first week of applying it twice daily. I thought it was only for crepiness but it also helps sagging loose skin too such as under the forearms, above knees and on inner thighs.

I used as directed and nothing happened. For the money, I expected to see something. I ran out of Philosophy Grace and thought I would try something else. Bad mistake. I'm going back to Philosophy. I would really like something that would take away crepe without using 2 x a day. If does not exist at least for daytime something with sunscreen.

I read tons reviews about this cream. It was a toss up between many customers on whether it works or not. The negative complaint is that it didn't work, but typically the user states that they had been using it for a short period of time (usually < 2 mo, if even that long). I have been applying the cream under my chin, on my knee caps, and my chest areas. It's not a "night & day" difference but it's only been 4 mo. My chest wasn't wrinkled or anything to begin with but I'm nervous about having a chest that looks aged due to age, sun exposure, and from having a large chest. I haven't noticed a ton of improvement or a change in my chin area, I did have chin liposuction recently and the cream has really helped with recovery. My knee caps are starting to have loose skin (my husband says it's all in my head), I can see some improvement. With any product that is offering to improve your skin, it takes time. These things don't happen overnight. If you're looking for quick results, this product isn't for you. I'm not sure I would trust anything that promises results instantly or even short term. I will purchase again.

I like it for the most part. Smells and feels lovely but it takes several very expensive jars to see results.
I use it on my arms and neck and a surgery scar. Works great on my neck and scar but not so great on my arms.
I would consider continued use if it wasn't so expensive.

I'm on my second jar of Crepe Erase. I have not seen any difference in using this product. The cream is not easy to apply. It's like hard wax rather than a cream. Will not be renewing my subscription.

I'm in my mid-50s and have never found a product that did not make me break out or get greasy. I tried Crepe Erase samples and was so very impressed! I use the facial scrub, skin toning wash, hand lotion, eye lotion, line erase and body lotion. I can use this product daily without my skin feeling clogged or greasy. I was a bit concerned with the price at first, but now that I see how large the containers are and how long each container lasts, I don't feel it is overpriced at all! In fact, I feel you will spend far more on department store lines of products that are far from comparable to Crepe Erase. In addition, it has a wonderful light clean scent. Very impressed and have recommended Crepe Erase to several friends!
