Most Helpful Positive Review Works Wonders They are definitely pricey but work wonders! I am daily coffee drinker and cigarette smoker and have been using Crest Whitestrips for years (usually 1-2 times per year). Although every type is effective, with the Supreme Flexfit I have seen the most dramatic results in the shortest amount of time.
To use: I floss first; dry both sides (front and back) of my teeth where the strips will adhere to with a towel (so the strips can have the best possible "grip"); apply the bottom section first and start from the center of my teeth and work my way out to the left and right using my fingernail to press the strip in-between each tooth so every inch is covered. Obviously, you can just kind of slap them on but I have found applying them the way described has given me the best results.
Most Helpful Critical Review Ugh The first treatment was fine. I skipped one day and did another treatment before bed, woke up 3-4 times through-out the night from dull pain. 3pm the next day and they're still very sensitive. Unable to drink/eat without discomfort. I recommend the 30 min ones that aren't as powerful.. I've heard sensitivity lasts up to a few days.. it feels like biting into ice cream.. continuously.. 😐

I bought these to whiten my teeth after my brief coffee addiction left stains and they really live up to the other reviews. I had my doubts before buying but turns out they are VERY worth it. I say go for it!
Fantastic! 5

I have been using crest white strips since I had my braces taken off seven years ago. I have tried all of the Crest white strips, but these are definitely my favorite! I get compliments on my teeth regularly and have been told that they look like veneers because of how white they are.

These are literally the best strips for whitening your teeth. Bit expensive, but 100% completely worth it.

Good whitener but hurts a little 4

The instructions say to use these an hour a day, but I can only take them for half an hour every other day, otherwise they irritate my gums. They cause some tooth sensitivity that lasts for maybe a week after I stop using them, but it's a tolerable level- surprising given that I have chronic tooth sensitivity problems. They make my teeth noticeably whiter after a few applications, even with the shorter application time.

Don't adhere, no difference as of yet 1
MiGirl from Atlanta,GA
I'm 5 days in so far, and see no difference yet. And they do not adhere to the bottom teeth , what a waste.
Amazing!! 5
Natasha from Edmond, OK
I put the strips on in the morning when I first wake up. I shower, take my am medicine, do everything with them in. It's fantastic. They do have to stay in for an hour, but it passes quickly and is easy to keep them in. I've seen an amazing difference in just 5 days. I have had several complaints already.
Worth the Money 5

These are worth the money; and yes they are expensive. I have been using Crest Whitestrips since middle school (so about 12 years now) and whenever I complete a treatment (2-3 weeks long typically), I cannot tell you what a difference I see in my teeth and how many compliments I receive on how white they are. I usually purchase about once a year to maintain whiteness.
Just make sure you only leave them on for a hour (like the package suggests); any longer and YOU WILL notice sensitivity. If you are noticing teeth feel a little sensitive just take a day or two off then resume using them.
Exactly what I wanted 5

This box will last you a long time because even after I used it three times I saw a dramatic difference. This box will last me for months.
Would reccomend but does cause sensitivity for 1 day 4
Shelby from Knoxville, TN
The product delivers for sure however they are very difficult to remove from your teeth (almost painful) and do cause tooth aches the following day. I still use them because of how effective and easy they are. I would recommend.
Works within a few days 4

These strips work as well as the Professional Effects strips, although they cost about $12 more. The only difference I can see is the strips are slightly longer, so they offer about a tooth more coverage on each side, top and bottom.
I started to see results within 3 days, and have gone through about 50% of the strips so far. Sensitivity has been an issue, so I'll use them for three days in a row, then take a day off.
Best results are with no brushing with paste ahead of applying the strips, but it does help to rinse with water and run a dry toothbrush over your teeth, and floss.
