Comments about Catrice Waterproof Gel Eyeliner:

I'm assuming the previous reviewer got a dud as I found this formula to be extremely creamy and not dry at all. I've tried many gel liners from various brands and this is the best so far! With the right brush (I had to try a couple different brushes with this formula being so creamy) glides on smoothly, is very pigmented and does not budge until I take it off with makeup remover. It has lasted well over 12 hours and through extreme, vigorous workouts. I also love that it is matte, not shiny like most black liners. This has become my daily liner and am buying more now!

    dry formula

Comments about Catrice Waterproof Gel Eyeliner:

I bought this on a whim, and I had to return it. it's not the blackest black gel eyeliner. I usually won't mind if it it's not pitch black, but the formula is incredibly dry. once on a brush, the product begins drying so you need to work with it quickly. and while it's great that it sets quickly and doesn't budge, it is difficult to apply smoothly. if you try to layer the liner to achieve the opaque blackness, it wipes away the first layer and gets patchy. I'm not sure how well it would work smudged since it dries so quickly.
