Comments about Lorac Online Only Unzipped Ocean Sunset Palette:

This palette caught my eye when I saw the variations of color. The colors work well together, and I love the names of the eye shadows. I do agree that the case is fairly cheap, but it does not bother me at all. The primer works well too. Some of the shimmer colors apply better with a sponge rather than a brush. Otherwise, I don't regret this purchase at all.

Comments about Lorac Online Only Unzipped Ocean Sunset Palette:

I have lots of Lorac pallets and I adore them all! The unzipped shadows are so buttery and pigmented and easy to blend. This pallet however, is hit and miss. Some of the colors are super creamy and and some are a little rough feeling and not as pigmented. I can work with it though as it is pretty good overall. There are many matte shades and lots of bling. The colors are unique and I love that because it got me out of my neutral or bronze comfort zone.

Nice Additon to My Lorac Collection

      By Maddy

Comments about Lorac Online Only Unzipped Ocean Sunset Palette:

Just like any of my other lorac palettes (Pro 2, Mega Pro, California dreaming, unzipped) I love it. It's much better than the California dreaming palette. I don't see why people are complaining about pigmentation because this works great for me. I always use the primer so my shadow always stays put and stays vibrant even I these muggy 100 degree days in NC.

Comments about Lorac Online Only Unzipped Ocean Sunset Palette:

This is my first order from Ulta! I am a makeup artist and all products are bought by me and never tested for any company. I have bought over 6 grand in makeup therefor I normally can tell by the first use! The Unzipped Ocean Sunset Palette I have pros and cons about this palette. I was very undecided on which of the three palettes I wanted to order as I was going to order them all. I went with the Ocean Sunset, starting with the top shades from left to right, top five. The Mother Of Pearl (satin) is very soft, pigmented and blend able. Salt Water (sea green) (satin) is a pretty shade in the palette, it feels a bit of sand, no pigmentation and hard to build. Ocean Floor (satin brown) is very pigmented, transfer very nice, smooth and blend able. The Horizon- matte (peach shade) has a soft touch, smooth, not much transfer however, this shade is build able. The last shade on the top five row is the Sea Urchin (deep brown/purple under tones) is a satin it does transfer, smooth, blend able within building. Now to the bottom row of this palette from left to right we have Bedrock(matte) (lite brown dirt shade) the shade is nice, transfers well and blend able. Next we have Sundown (matte) lite mauve rose shade. This shade is nice, transfers well when applying. Sandbar (satin/shimmer) a lite gold is very pigmented, smooth and blend able with a little of fall out however, this shade along with a couple of others outside of the cons I have is worth its keep. Bottom fourth shade is the Hightide (matte) A deeper mauve/rose shade has a nice color, staying and transferring power of them all. Last shade in this palette is the Stingray (matte) a dull deep blue/purple shade. This shade don't hold any pigmentation, very dull which is hard to build. Overall this palette is a hit and miss. If you own other eye shadow palettes to mix 3-4 shades using this palette yes its worth the price. If you are looking for a to go palette I don't recommend this one.
