Comments about First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Lip Therapy:

This lip product is worth every penny. It is a savior in the cold winter months. It is light, non greasy and moisturizers like a dream. I haven't suffered a single dry flakey lip episode since using this product. It is now a staple for me.

My lips were so bad after moving to a new area that I'd wake up and they were split and bleeding.. 3 days after using this product and they're super smooth. Highly recommend as a daily Chapstick.

      nothing major

      By Dressage411

      from Seattle

Comments about First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Lip Therapy:

First off, I'm a huge fan of first aid beauty and love nearly everything I try but this lip product was a little slick and watery/gel-like to be moisturizing. The product does last a long time and would be a good base prior to lipsticks, plus it's not sticky. But can't compete at this price point when Blistex exists.

I use this whenever my lips are dried out/chapped. It's good, but I'm not convinced it's better than, say, Blistex or the like.

      this is a MUST!

      By Frenchie

      from Orlando Florida

Comments about First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Lip Therapy:

I put this on thick every nigh before bed! It's so hydrating I can literally feel my lips "drink" it in overnight. It's one of the only things that hydrates my chapped lips especially after a day of wearing liquid to matte lipsticks. This is definitely a holy grail for me and worth the money. I highly recommend. It has a thick texture which I like and has a slightly minty cool fragrance/sensation when applied. It works better than any other lip balm I have ever used... Which is pretty much all of them! I got one for my boyfriend too, he is also a fan!

Comments about First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Lip Therapy:

I used to use a lip "gloss" by Labello (the Germany branch of Nivea), but it seems to be discontinued (of course!). I've tried a bunch of different lip gloss, but many of them taste tacky and I don't really care for all the flavors. This works well enough. I'm still on the hunt, but this is better than what I've been trying so far.

Is this a tingly lip treatment like the balm is?

            • Brand Expert

              A:

Both Lip Therapy and Intensive Lip Balm contain mint, which is what causes the tingling. Note that some people experience more tingling than others.
