ULTA.com will send your order to any of the 50 U.S. states including an APO/FPO, U.S. Territory or Possession, P.O. Box or Rural Route. Currently ULTA.com does not ship internationally.
Free shipping on standard delivery is awarded when the total value of merchandise being ordered exceeds the dollar amount cited in promotional copy. For example, in the case of a "Free standard shipping for orders greater than $50" promotion, the merchandise total (excluding the value of sales tax, gift card purchased, and gift wrap fees) must exceed $50.
Overweight and Oversized Product
Due to size and/or weight, some products will require an additional $3.00 shipping & handling fee in addition to the normal shipping charges. These items are identified as such in the product description.
Shipping Method

- Orders received Monday through Thursday by 1:00 p.m. EST are usually processed the same day.
- Orders received Monday through Thursday after 1:00 p.m. EST are usually processed the next business day.
- All orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST on Fridays are typically shipped by the close of business on Monday.

Shipping Restrictions
Certain destinations are only serviced by select shipping methods. Depending on the shipping address you specify, you will only be offered shipping method options that are valid for that address type. Most of our packages ship UPS, since this is a traceable method. Please note that packages shipped via the U.S. Postal Service are not traceable after leaving our warehouse. Shipments to the Continental U.S. are serviced via UPS and USPS and may ship Standard (Ground), Second Day or Overnight. Shipments to Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories & Possessions and Rural Routes are serviced via USPS and ship Standard only.
Products from certain vendors cannot be shipped to particular destinations. If you attempt to ship a product to a restricted destination, you will be asked to either ship it to another address or remove it from your order.
Hazardous Materials
The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) restricts air shipment of hazardous materials items that could contribute to a fire or other mishap on board an aircraft. Aerosol products in pressurized spray containers (e.g., hairspray, shaving cream, deodorant, some perfumes) and products containing flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals (e.g., aftershave, nail polish, nail polish removers) have this restricted status. ULTA.com is committed to getting your products to you as fast as possible, in the most safe and responsible way. That's why Ground Shipping is required for all such items.
