If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may return it to our fulfillment center for a complete refund or you can visit one of our retail locations for an exchange or in-store credit.

at any time to see if we've received and processed it. You can call us at 1-866-340-3704 from 8am - 11pm CST Monday-Sunday. Be sure to have your order number available when you call.
No matter where you return a purchase, please keep these important points in mind:
- Products should be returned within 60 days of the date they were shipped out.
- You must include the packing slip and all original packaging materials.
- Shipping/handling fees and gift option charges are refunded only if the product is defective, being recalled, or was misshipped by ULTA.com.
- We cannot accept CODs for returned merchandise.
- In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or our customer service department.
- Credit will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
- We will issue a refund within 30 business days of receiving and processing your return. It should appear on your statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.
- DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO ULTA BY AIR MAIL - The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) restricts air shipment of hazardous materials items that could contribute to a fire or other mishap on board an aircraft. Aerosol products in pressurized spray containers (e.g., hairspray, shaving cream, deodorant, some perfumes) and products containing flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals (e.g., aftershave, nail polish, nail polish removers) have this restricted status. All of these products must be returned via a ground shipping service. Again, please do not ship items to ULTA by air.

If for any reason your purchase does not give you complete satisfaction, the purchase may be returned. ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE RECEIPT AND ALL ORIGINAL COMPONENTS. Refunds will be in the same form as the original purchase.
- A full refund will be issued on a return, providing the return is within 60 days of original purchase date.
- A full refund will be issued on a return that included a FREE product or a FREE gift, providing the return is within 60 days of original purchase date, and the FREE product or FREE gift accompany the return.
- A store credit will be issued on a return, providing the return is accompanied by the Gift Receipt, and on a return that is NOT accompanied by the FREE product or FREE gift.
- A store credit will be issued on a return after 60 days of original purchase date.
- A store credit will be issued on returned Club at ULTA Reward merchandise.
- Coupons/Reward Certificates need to be presented at time of purchase and within the specified dates.
- Expired coupons/rewards certificates will not be accepted.
- Prior purchases do not qualify for use with coupons/reward certificates.

- A service fee will be added for any check returned unpaid by the bank.
- In accordance with State law, NSF Checks may be submitted to your bank electronically.
- A 10-day waiting period is required for refunds on personal checks.
