In-stock Inventory
ULTA.com is dedicated to providing the products you want, when you want them. We make every effort to ensure that all of the merchandise we feature is in stock.
When an item experiences an unforeseen rise in demand and goes out-of-stock, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and alert you that one of your selected items is out-of-stock – We will not charge you for the out-of-stock item, and we will not ship the item when it is back in-stock. Please check back at a later date to see if your item has been restocked. ULTA does not currently have a backorder program.
Due to customer demand, there may be items in our product selection that are only temporarily out of stock. If a product you would like to purchase is out of stock, we'll be happy to suggest other products you might also like.
