The following restrictions also apply to ULTA promotional discount offers:
- Promotional offers cannot be redeemed for cash or giftcards
- A single offer cannot be combined with other promotional coupon offers
- Offers cannot be applied to prior or past purchases online or in store
- Offers are limited to one redemption per guest.
Always review the specific restrictions listed at the bottom of every ULTA promotional coupon prior to redemptions.

Redeeming Coupons at ULTA.com
To use an ULTA coupon with valid promotional code, place all items you would like to purchase in your shopping bag. Then, redeem your coupon by entering the coupon or promotion code in the space provided, click APPLY. If the coupon or promotional code is valid, the applicable promotion will appear clearly in the shopping bag. Please note that not all print or in-store coupons are applicable online and not all online coupons or promotions are applicable in-store. Also, coupon codes cannot be combined online.
Promotions and Pricing
Please note that we try our best to make sure our prices are competitive both online and in our retail stores. The pricing of our goods online are generally consistent with that of our retail locations. However, our online store and retail stores run independently of each other and may have different or exclusive promotions; as such, one may find differences in prices and promotions between items sold online and in our retail stores.
Shipping Promotions
Shipping promotions apply to one shipping address per order. Normal shipping charges will be applied to each additional shipping address.
Shipping promotions are not always applicable in all locations. Free shipping offers are not valid for APO/FPO,AK,HI,PO Boxes, US territories and some rural destinations in the continental U.S.A. As such, certain products cannot be shipped to certain places based on hazardous freight allowances.
