Those who have said it didn't work for them are probably not using the right styling products with this. You need to use hot iron spray or a medium hold hairspray first. And when you are finished using the tool, you need to use a curl defining cream and scrunch it thru your hair. That is key! Do not give up - try the products first! I love my waves/curls and i have poker-straight hair. I get compliments all the time - people actually think I have naturally curly hair!

I was skeptical about purchasing this iron after reading a number of reviews that stated that this product made hair frizzy. However, I decided to buy it anyways. It was a wonderful decision. It gives my hair a beautiful, beachy wave. I have naturally straight, thin, and highlighted hair. It worked perfectly well. Both of my sisters decided to try it, too. It looked great on both of them. One has long (waist length!) hair that is of medium thickness, and the other has a little longer than shoulder length thick hair. (DISCLAIMER: All of us do have naturally pin-straight hair. This may have played a role in the effectiveness of it!) It works on all types of thickness, and adds a great deal of body. All in all, I love this new iron. Hot Tools has done it once again!

I have a weird wave that isnt strong enough to look good on its own when I air dry my hair. I thought this would add some great texture and create a fun flirty style. love this brand, and the size.

I love using this product. For someone who isn't good at hair styling at all, it is extremely easy to use and I always love the end product. It can be a tad time consuming if you do it right in the super small sections like they recommend, but I'm guessing with practice I'll get faster. If you are a fan of this hair styling technique, then I highly recommend this product. It heats up quickly and does its job effectively.

Its easy to use once you get the hang of it but other than that its perfect! I was begging for one for christmas and I got it! It was one of my favorite gifts. Revlon never seems to disappoint me and I knew it would be good quality and it showed me again! absolutely love it.

I have natural curly hair that I straighten with a blow dryer and then use a straighter on...wash every other day. I used this the day I washed after I used my blow dryer and it was horrible. Made my hair more frizzy and did not look good at all. If you have natural straight hair it would probably be ok but this was not effective for my hair type.

I received tons of compliments on my hair after I used the 3 barrel iron. I have bone straight, fine, thin hair. This made me look like I had tons of hair and it lasted for 4 full days! LOVE, love, love this product!

I bought and tried other products and was not satisfied. The coated ones didn't give positive results. This one however gives a nice gentle wave.
