      I wish bristles could withstand the higher temperatures that are available on the iron. New pricing for additional bristles is pricey considering the bristle mater does not seem conducive to use with higher temperatures.

          Love the way it styles I don't have to put anything special on my hair to style I only use the styling gel that I put on my hair before I blow dry it once the brush heats up I start styling with the brush let the curls cool and brush out . perfect style and I'm ready to go.

              I use this every day to amp up my short hair. Doesn't automatically shut off, so I have left it on by mistake all day. My previous curling iron shut off after 1 hour.

                    Yes, the bristles have knobs on the outer ends of the bristles. The barrel size is ¾” and off of that are the bristles which are a length of 3/8".
