I wanted large hot rollers because I am not comfortable using those large-barreled curling irons. I also like the velvet covered rollers for my fine hair. These rollers gave me the smooth shiny style I wanted.

          On my second set

          By PVLee

          from Broken Arrow, OK

Comments about Conair More Big Curls Hairsetter:

I've used this set for many years. I have long, fine, hard to curl hair. The large rollers do not generate a lot of curl for me, but I get great volume and body. Wrapping hair close to the root first gives it a lift. The longer I've had these, the longer it seems to take to heat up, but they still work. After years of daily use, the flocking has started to come off. After reviewing many other products, I repurchased this one. I've never used the steam option, but am happy with the results of the rollers without it.

These rollers never got particularly hot and worked very poorly to curl my hair. I've used hot rollers alot in the past and was looking for a new set as my old ones finally died. These did nothing :(

I've used this with freshly washed and dried hair and with day old and 2 day old hair works great at any stage although for me it's easier to manage my hair when it's freshly washed to use this tool. Overall great value and easy to store.

                          A:

The steam reservoir is included. The steam reservoir is a piece that can be placed in any of the spots that the curlers sit. In other words, you will have to remove one roller to place the steamer in the unit.
