I have never used a John Frieda shampoo or conditioner that I didn't like. Over a month ago, I went from red to strawberry blonde with blonde highlights. This shampoo and the companion conditioner are just as good as my almost used up expensive Pureology Hydrating shampoo/conditioner. It gives my hair bouncy volume, softness and shine. There's nothing I don't like about it.
