I have no problems with the product but the lid was broken when I received it. Not much was spilled so I let it go but you need to check on your packaging.

I have tried many volumizing shampoos and always go back to this one. It is gentle, smells great, no build up, nor does it dry my hair out, and leave just the right amount of body. I have long thin hair with a little grey and it works so great. I pair it with Neutrogena Moisturizing condition under the same line and works great. Ulta is the only place in Vegas that carrys it!! Don't stop shelving it!! It's a winner!

I am so glad I found this product in this Ulta store. When I was living in Katy, TX I had an Ulta store very close and convenient, however they never had this product on their shelf. Their associates including manager informed me that they didn't even know when they would get it. The said the home office would only send them products according to demand. So glad the Amarillo, TX store had 4 on their shelves. I bought 2.

I wanted to try this and with the price, I thought it was a no-brainer. This shampoo is gentle, smells nice and effectively cleans my hair, but doesn't give me that "oomph" volume I was looking for. It's almost too soft for me, as I need a real body-building product for my fine hair. Ah well, back to trying other brands after this.
