I have longer hair so I use this product once a week to get any other shampoo/conditioner/hair product residues out. Keeps my hair light between trips to the salon and not weghed down by buildup. Any more use than 1x per week can dry out hair if hair is not very oily.

i use this as my deep-clean shampoo once a week (i was my hair everyday). this stuff does a great job thoroughly cleaning my hair with very little product (i have long hair). you cant beat the price and i prefer it over high-end clarifying shampoos.

This is NOT for a daily use - it even specifies that you should use it only once a week. Since I color my hair I use it once every two weeks. It does a great job of cleaning my hair and scalp of residue and leftover product, and it always feels and looks healthier after using!

The Only Problem Is They Never Stock Enough At Ulta....Several Times They Are Out Or Only Have One Bottle On The Shelf...Ulta Won`t Order Me 10 Bottles.....Who Can`t Order The Customer Request ? Only Disappointment Is They Don`t Keep A Reasonable Amount On The Shelf......

Although the product does work (and you can't really beat the price), I really couldn't take the way it smells. Even when followed up with conditioner I could still smell this shampoo.
