I use this for my daughter who has soft, curly, and a little frizzy hair and myself (long, straight, soft hair). It is absolutely the BEST. Not too heavy or sticky but enough to manage all of our hair types. Been using it now for about 3 years....love love love it!

I use the product in wet hair after I shower. I then let it air dry. It's amazing, it doesn't weigh my hair down whatsoever, it really straightens and smooths nicely and it actully seems to thicken a bit. All in all, I will buy again and again. My hair is very slippery and fine but I do like it smooth and straight - this is perfect for it.

I like that this product works for different types of hair. Both my husband and I use it - he leaves it in wet, and I use it either wet or dry. My hair is not frizzy and does not feel dry with this product and looks great whether I style it or just leave it in wet.

It took almost 3 weeks to receive my order from Ulta.com. I also received no return phone call or reply to my emails when I tried to follow up. When I finally got someone one the phone, they were rude, and told me that it was the post office's fault, and that I should follow up with them, not Ulta, even though it was their job to do that follow up since they sent it out. I will never place an order from Ulta.com again due to this poor service.

I apply this to my damp hair and style as usual. It helps control my style and fly aways
