The color I chose was true to the box. It didn't work as well as I would have liked covering my grays. They are covered but they look more like blonde high-lights now rather than the black on the box.

I just bought this product for the first time. Thought it was expensive, but after using it, I will ALWAYS buy this brand only! Color is so realistic, gorgeous, not too dark or light and you can't tell I colored my hair. Have gotten many, many compliments on my hair, not my hair color. Excellent Product!

I had heard or read that Feria was not for use on gray hair but I tried it anyway because I was tired of the dull color I was getting with other products. I am about 75% gray and I love the way my hair came out!! It is so shimmery! I received a lot of complements on the new look.

I liked this product but i wish the results were a little more distinct. I do love the subtle ombre it gave me though with a small amount of damage but it was worth it! Also leave it on longer than the box says to get bolder results!

I used this thinking my hair would turn Black with a tint of violet, it turned burgandy/red...so disapointed in L'oreal, I wont be using their dye again
Now I have no idea what color to do to get the red out
