1. draw a warm bath wuth your favorite skin soothing additive,for example: lavendar epsom salt works!
2.tie my hair up. light scented candles, put on relaxation music. apply face mask put "bath pillow " in the tub.
3.apply this product over eyes once settled into the tub and soak for at least 20 minutes! this product compares to the "iced facial clothes" & iced cucumbers on my eyes. I see less puffines and feel eye strain relieved.

I like this a lot but the string that goes around your head is very tight, so I just hold it on my eyes rather than using the elastic band. It doesn't get too cold, it's just the right temperature to soothe your eyes and reduce puffiness.

I didn't find the strap too tight at all. I have an average size head. Yes, it does put pressure on your eyes...it's a compress, it's supposed to. I use this when my eyes are sore and it works really well.

The eye patch really did reduce some swelling of my morning eyes, but I couldn't use the head strap - it was way too tight.

This product is well made and the gel beads inside are literally easy on the eyes. However, the elastic band attached to it is a very tight fit. I don't have a gigantic head. When I removed the mask after leaving it on for only a few seconds my vision was blurry for a couple of minutes afterwards. I will likely just gently press the mask onto my eyes with my fingers from now on and not use the elastic band that came with it. Otherwise, it's a good item.

I needed something to sooth my stressed allergy ridden eyes. I saw this and thought it would be perfect. Second time I used it however the strap just broke. It also puts great pressure on the eyes However when worn for a small period it works well enough and stays cold
