I bought the pumice stick to help soften the heals of my feet, which often get dry and cracked. Before I bought it, I was deciding between the metal one and this pumice one when my mom suggested the pumice. I got home and tried using it but I found that my old one (that's like sandpaper) worked better than this one. It's very durable material but you really get an arm workout trying to use this. Next time I'll buy the metal one instead.
