I keep this in my fridge, and it works great. Unfortunately, it picked up the smell or garlic and onions and won't wash clean again. That was my mistake.

Bought this product to assist my husband with his head surgery, to relieve pain and sooth him. THe first use, some of the beads burst. It was rather a dissappointment. It can still be used, it is a little lighter on one side.

I placed the gel mask in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. At first the cold was too intense over my forehead, gave me a pain. As my face warmed the mask down it became overall more soothing. However, there was no noticeable difference in lessening the swelling under my eyes. A frozen bag of peas would have been just as effective and a lot less money.

Not as pictured. Now sold as beaded gel. Doesn't work as well as the full gel shown in photo. Beaded doesn't get as cold and looses the cool faster. Don't buy the beaded style.

I use the Earth Therapeutics mask for headaches. If you put in hot water and over eyes, it works great. They changed the mask design now and it has these little "pebbles" inside, that make it very inconvenient and cumbersome to use. So will be switching to another manufacturer now. I dont see how they think the new design has made the product any better. It hasnt!

I bought this product about a month ago. I bought it for my puffy eyes and it didnt work at all. The eye holes are so big that they dont even go near your eyelids. I was very dissapointed.
