Comments about Alpha Hydrox Enhanced Lotion 10% Glycolic AHA:

I use this on my arms and legs to combat keratosis pilaris AKA chicken skin. It really helps unclog the little blocked hair follicles that come with this annoying condition. My skin is so much smoother! Doesn't stink like AmLactin.

Comments about Alpha Hydrox Enhanced Lotion 10% Glycolic AHA:

I brought this to up my anti aging regime. AHA'S are recommended by dermatologist so I bought since on sale. It took my clear, nice skin and turned it red, irritated, dry and tight. I tried along with the cleanser and serum. I returned all of them. My skin is just recovering from the assault it received by this line. I wouldn't recommend it.

            Found it Drying

Comments about Alpha Hydrox Enhanced Lotion 10% Glycolic AHA:

I have normal to dry skin with a oily t-zone. I can use this once a week. If I use it more, then I get dry & flaky even in my t-zone. I tried using this instead of retinol, but I think that I'm going to use a retinol product again since I can't use this product often enough to get any skin smoothing benefit from it. The lotion is light, no noticeable smell (I'm scent sensitive) and absorbs quickly. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to try a glycolic lotion. I'll use it up on my shoulders.

I use this product twice per day. In the morning, under my sunscreen/moisturizer, and again in the evening over a retinol product.

I started using the lotion about 4 weeks ago, and I am very pleased with it.

                  Pros
                  Eliminates blackheads
                  Clears up minor breakouts
                  Moisturizing
                  Smooths skin

                  Cons
None - but make sure your face is dry prior to applying, otherwise it stings a bit

One of best products I have use. I have had a patch of redness on my cheek that dermatologist says is a capillary problem. He tried laser, etc etc. This product worked when nothing else did.

Comments about Alpha Hydrox Enhanced Lotion 10% Glycolic AHA:

I use this right out of the shower, while skin is still wet. If you let your skin dry it will burn and irate your skin, especially if you have sensitive skin like mine. I had a dermatologist tell me that is how YOU should use it, because you are trapping the moisture under the lotion! I did it because I was lazy...LOL. I then put on my lotion and SUN SCREEN right after. you have to use sun screen with any hyrdoxy.

I almost don't want to leave a review for fear that the secret will get out and this product will cost $100 a bottle. I've read all the research and heard that certain doctor who has a show right before the Elllen show say how amazing gly colic acid is for aging skin. I am using this with a ulta gly colic cleanser and I don't have great skin to begin with, but strangers are coming up to me to tell me how great my skin looks.
