I typically use the Clinique toner, but it's not available at Ulta, so I tried this instead. It's just ok. I don't think it is as strong as the Clinique toner and doesn't give me that tingly clean feeling. I have oily skin, so maybe it's not made for my skin type. Looks like I'll go back to Clinique.

I needed something to get that fresh feeling after I washed my face. Hydra Fresh Toner makes my face feel clean and fresh. I can put on my make-up without that greasy feeling. Has a gentle smell, not overpowering. Love this product.

Made my skin itchy & red when first applied and enlarged my pores. I have normal/dry combo skin. I have gone back to my old brand of fragrance-free, alcohol-free toner which I have used for 30 years.
