I have used both the sensitive line and the redness relief line for 3years now. I have been very pleased. I sometimes have a difficult time finding the Redness Relief line at the store.

I use this to wash my face daily and also to remove makeup. I have very sensitive and dry skin and this so far has been gentle and it is fragrance free...so no smell. I have bought a couple of other Eucerin skin products and they have all been pretty good and affordable, too

Oh my goodness how can you say anything negative about this product. I rarely write reviews, in fact I don't write them at all, but I must say this is by far the best facial cleansing product I've ever tried. Best part about it ...it doesn't dry my face out and I have really dry skin. this product even helped me when I had a bad break out from a recent product. I definitely recommend this product. My daily 'facial regimen' consist of apply Eucerin's Hydrating Cleanser, then I apply witch hazel on my face, and then I use Eucerins healing ointment...I love all of Eucerins product I started doing this about 3 years ago and I am in love with my skin...from face to feet..but This product is most definitely a winner..Thanks to Ulta for keeping it in stock!!!

Because I have very sensitive skin which is also dry, I had high hopes of this cleanser helping. Instead, it left my skin feeling very tight and dry. It also had a bad smell.
