I bought this at a dermatologist's recommendation but sadly was disappointed. It is moisturizing but I found it to be too greasy, leaving me with an unclean feeling. It also does not remove makeup so I wound up using another product to remove makeup then cleansing with this. I also experienced more breakouts than i was getting before starting it. Overall I was very disappointed.

I use this product 2 times per day. It's fantastic - my skin always feels clean, smooth, and soft. It's a gentle formula and gets the job done. On days when I am in an ultra hurry OR just being lazy, I can use it without water and wipe off and still get the same clean, smooth, refreshed feeling. Great product for the price! Highly recommend.

I use this in the shower, morning and night. I had a glycolic acid facial peel last summer (with wonderful results) and now use only this skin cleanser on my face.

I have dry, sensitive skin that is prone to breakouts when I use a harsh gel cleanser. I figured I would try Cetaphil since it has been around for so long and has the gentle cleanser. I love it - it's the perfect combination of cleansing but gentle. I'm a fan of all Cetaphil products - also just bought their spf 15 moisturizer and love that, too.

I'm a gardener, plus I'm always worked around my house. My hands get so dry and chapped they can be painful. I use this version of Cetaphil as a hand wash when my hands are in really bad condition. This is nice for my 5 year old daughter's skin in winter time, too. This does not remove make-up for sunscreen from my face or body, but on no-makeup days it can be a fairly soothing 2 in 1 moisturizer/wash. Cure Care Conditioner is very similar and less expensive.

Cetaphil is a good, all around cleanser. I started using it years ago after recommendations by dermotologists and others. I use the brand sometimes, the generic also sometimes. It's gentle and all women everywhere need to be cleansing with something gentle and balanced - girls with acne, teens, don't use a harsh cleanser - you'll regret it when you're older!

I enjoy using Cetaphil's products. This one in particular because it's so gentle on my skin. I was going through a phase where I was breaking out and I tried every single "acne" cleanser and nothing worked! Cetaphil has always given me good results, why I tried something else, Idk.
