Great product

Comments about Boots Botanics Triple Age Renewal Facial Serum:

I bought this serum based on the 2 reviews posted, thanks!
For the price, I thought to give it a try! I've been using it twice a day, and so far I really like it. I have oily skin so I don't like products that stays on face greasy. This serum, 10 mins after application, feels matte and hydrated w/o looking too oily. I noticed the complexion of my over all skin tone improved a little. I will continue using this serum to see the result after one month of use. The price is reasonable so I might even give other Boots products a try.

Comments about Boots Botanics Triple Age Renewal Facial Serum:

I have been using this for three weeks now and I can honestly say I actually see results. The skin under my eyes no longer look lifeless and droopy and the crows feet are not as prominent as they once were. I don't stand in the mirror picking up my face anymore and imagining what it used to look like. It is almost back to looking like the original canvas. It's almost like I had a little fat injected around my eyes. My skin is a lot smoother and dark spots from popping pimples (don't judge me, lol) have lightened. The price is awesome and the product works better than some much more expensive serums. I love this Triple Age Renewal product line. My skin actually has a glow now!

Comments about Boots Botanics Triple Age Renewal Facial Serum:

Originally, I purchased this product as a night serum in replace of another anti-aging serum. It worked great but I also started using the serum after I cleansed and toned in the morning. I eventually replaced my normal moisturizer. This serum smooths, brightens, and gives my oily skin a prettier matte finish...perfect for summer! I also use the Boots Brightening Toner as well. I am very satisfied with this product not only as a facial serum but as my summer moisturizer as well!

I am only 36 but I can definitely tell the difference in the smoothness and tightness of my skin.

How does this product compare in effectiveness with the new Protect and Perfect Intense Advanced Serum? Thank you.

        A:

The biggest difference is that the Botanics serum is a more natural product, its key ingredient being pure botanicals (purple orchid extract which smoothes, plumps and firms). Both provide results and a multi-pronged approach with many ingredients to fight signs of aging. The No7 serum has more tests and studies backing it as it is from Boots' premier line, and the serums in No7 are their top sellers. Having said that, Botanics has only been around since 1995, where No7 has been around since 1935, so No7 is more well known.

We recommend the Botanics if you are looking for a more natural anti-aging line for more mature skin, looking to soften lines and wrinkles and help prevent signs of aging. We recommend the No7 to those who prefer a more advanced product for mature skin, again looking to soften and prevent lines and wrinkles. Both have retinol and hyaluronic acid. Botanics has a subtle fragrance and the No7 serum is fragrance-free. Botanics serum is paraben-free.

        We hope this comparison helps!

Do I use this along with the other Boots products? I use lift and protect (syrum, day and night cream). Thank you!

        A:

This would take the place of your current serum. Alternatively, you can use one serum in the AM, and the other in the PM.

    • Q:

Use after cleansing, but can I apply the day or night cream on top of it? Will the cream be able to penetrate?

        A:

Absolutely! We recommend applying skincare in order of thinnest to thickest consistency for optimal efficacy. Allow the serum to fully absorb into your skin, then follow with your day or night cream.
