Use for days when I won't be working or at meetings. The coverage is good without looking too made up. Problem is it feels sticky or tacky on the skin.

Pretty thick going on - didn't blend very well without a lot of work. I have combination skin and after a few minutes of wear this made my whole face look like an oil slick. Not at all what I was looking for a light foundation. Returned it after trying it for several days.

Comments about Perricone MD No Foundation Foundation:

I bought as a birthday present to myself with a coupon that Ulta gave me. Normally, I wouldn't be willing to spend so much for just 1 oz. of product but I had read so many good things about it and was very intrigued, so I bit the bullet and splurged on it. I actually wasn't going to get it because, when I tried it on in the store on my hand, it didn't feel like it was absorbing very well. As I perused a little more, I touched that part of my hand again and was wowed. It felt so smooth, soft, and moisturized, very unlike what most of my products had ever made my skin feel before. I didn't notice very much coverage (I typically go for at least medium coverage) but I was sold just by how it made my skin feel.

I took it home and experimented with it a little. While I would normally use a concealer and powder in my routine for my acne scars and dark circles, I did not think that the serum consistency of this product would layer well with other products so I actually never layered it with anything else other than moisturizer and primer. I tried it out for a few days but just wasn't satisfied with the extremely light coverage; I felt it was lighter than BB cream. Now, I had expected little tint and little coverage though. So, my skin wasn't ready for lighter coverage at that point in time.

Because it was so expensive, I didn't want to return it. First, I asked my sister to try it to see if the product was just not-all-that for me or if it was possible that it was not-all-that in general. She tried it and absolutely LOVED it. Her main skin concerns are dry combination with redness on the cheeks and nose. This covered the redness and helped soothe her dry patches. Since she loved it so much, I gave it to her, happy that at least someone could enjoy this amazing product.

Overall, this is a great product for those looking for a light, natural coverage or who have dry, normal, or combination skin. Neither my sister nor I have sensitive skin, so I cannot speak for that area with full confidence.

Comments about Perricone MD No Foundation Foundation:

I think perhaps my expectations were too high for this product. For the summer months, I wanted something less than a CC/BB/tinted moisturizer but more than a primer to wear under Laura Geller Balance & Brighten powder foundation, as I need to even out my skin tone. This did make my skin feel nice, until I attempted to apply the powder-it was just too sticky. I don't think it is meant to be used the way I was hoping, and for the price I wasn't going to just keep it around and hope to use it someday. I do think you have to have a flawless complexion to use this product. If you are someone who doesn't need/like foundation, then this may be for you.
