These are good for the price

Comments about Japonesque Complexion Trio Set:

This brush set is good for the price. They're a little too short for my preference but they do blend pretty well. There's another set that matches them for blending of the eyes called the velvet eye set, those I am not a fan of at all. Very irritating when trying to blend.

Comments about Japonesque Complexion Trio Set:

The brunches feel nice however when used to apply contours, all the powder come off immediately and you're left with a blotch of color and it makes it almost impossible to blend.

Comments about Japonesque Complexion Trio Set:

I really like the foundation brush. I use the dense brush to put on my overall powder and to dust some bare minerals well rested powder. I don't use bronzer so I knew I wouldn't use it for that. I think the other one is for concealer? I haven't used it yet. I just use my fingers. It's a weird shape for concealer...

Bad quality and hard to use! Wasn't a huge loss since the set was cheap, but from now on if I want cheap brushes I'm sticking to real techniques.

                      A:

If you are referring to the Stippling Brush (pictured center), it blends and buffs liquids and powders into the skin. The Angled Foundation Brush (pictured right) picks up liquid, powder or cream to build coverage or contour. Those two brushes are ideal for foundation application.

Absolutely! Angled Foundation Brush picks up liquid, powder or cream to build coverage or contour. The shade of the brush head allows bristles to reach all facial contours. The Stippling Brush blends and buffs liquids and powders into the skin. The dual-level bristles allow for contouring as well.

These would be considered travel brushes as the handles are shorter than Japonesque's long pro handles.
