It was more shimmery in person than I thought it would be. I did not swatch before purchasing, as I ordered it online. I do like SOME Laura Gellar products. I did not care for the blush for the price. It was just okay for me. I do love love love the power foundations though. I'm sure someone will love this product. I don't have anything horrible to say about the product it just didn't excite me.

A bit pricey, but I am SO satisfied with the results. I was a bit concerned by the multi-color compact. As soon as I blended & applied with my blush brush I was sold. "Honeysuckle" is perfect for my light complexion. This item does not come with an applicator of any kind. If you travel or carry makeup in your purse, you'll need a brush

I purchased this during the 21 days of beauty. I had read many good reviews on this product, so I decided to pick this up in Pink Grapefruit. It's a very pretty color, although as others have mentioned, you have to really be careful and use a light hand when applying. When I first used this, I didn't know it was so pigmented, I was soo pink on the checks, and completely over did my blush that I looked like a clown! Now that I have developed a relationship with it, I know to just barely tap my brush on the blush a few times to get what I need for my daily glow, or use a stippling brush. You do get a natural glow and it lasts throughout the day.

                          A:

Pink Buttercream is the closest option. It is still a very light, powdery pink and the overall look will be more matte than luminous, just like Catalina. Another color that is one of our best selling shades and is also in that light pink category is Tropic Hues. This has a bit more luminosity. You can't go wrong with either shade! ENJOY!

                          A:

The closest shades to Golden Apricot would either be Tropic Hues or Sunswept. Tropic Hues has a light pink and gold swirled together, so overall its pink but it has lots of golden in it. Sunswept is much more bronzy with a light pink swirled in it, so the overall color deposited will be much deeper- it truly looks like a light, natural sun kiss glow! You can also mix both colors together to receive more of a peachy/coral look.

Every shade of Laura Geller Blush-n-Brighten Baked Cheek Color has a slight luminosity, which gives the skin a natural looking radiance - a "lit-from-within glow". Even though they contain the luminosity, they are not shimmery or glittery, so it will not be too dramatic or unnatural looking. Shade Roseberry has the least amount of radiance.
