It is a good product. Color lasts long. And the color looks good on our hair without texture being spoiled.

I love this product. I have been using it for a few years and I always get a good ombre with it. It is really easy to use, and doesn't come out brassy. You get salon results at home.

Comments about L'Oréal Feria Wild Ombre:

My hair was medium brown, lighter than the girl on the box, so I thought I would be okay to use this. The blending was fine, the brush was kind of cool but when i washed it out my hair was like bright orange and strawlike. redying it today. dont waste your money on this terrible bleach, the only thing worth anything in the box is the brush

Comments about L'Oréal Feria Wild Ombre:

This is a great at home kit. But keep in mind that this is basically bleach. You need to know a little about hair before you use this. If you have dark hair (mine is black) and it turned almost orange with some strands, like one of the other reviewers said. But that's normal. It's not the "dye" itself - it's your hair. All you need to do is use a toner to fix the color. (You'll need to do some researching on Google for this.) Or you can try what I did which was redye your hair with actual hair dye (because this stuff isn't hair DYE, it's bleach!!!) that will cancel out the "brassiness."

To use you want to work your hair in sections. Start from the bottom and work your way to the top. And then at the end you want to do vertical strokes to try and blend it in.

Also keep in mind that your hair will be extremely dry and probably frizzy. You'll need to keep up with conditioner to try and tame it.

Comments about L'Oréal Feria Wild Ombre:

I used the product as directed and it worked better on some pieces of my hair than other pieces. The under layer on the sides of my head have the same nice caramel-y color and the rest is just slightly lighter than my natural hair color which is dark brown. I may try this kit again later to make my hair all the same color ombre. The product was not too harsh on my hair but I did notice that right after I washed it with the shampoo it comes with, my hair felt soft but looked very frizzy, which is normal for just dying your hair. It did not take long for my hair to get back to looking and feeling healthy. Overall, this product is worth a try.

Comments about L'Oréal Feria Wild Ombre:

My 13 year old niece wanted a dramatic ombre look on her long brown hair so i bought the kit for medium brown hair and did her hair for her. we followed directions exactly and all we got was a few random caramel highlights. two weeks later we tried again with the next shade up for light brown/dark blonde hair, again followed directions exactly, and wound up with more barely noticeable subtle highlights. should be marketed as a highlight kit, definitely did not produce the ombre look.

I have used this product 3 times. It does work as stated. But with all hair color it does fade but that is okay. I just buy another kit and recolor. I have gotten lots of complements, even from my stylist. I too watched videos and follow instructions carefully. You have to watch your color. If you leave it on too long it will change dramatically. I never leave it on longer than 30 min. I have dark brown hair. My suggestion is to try it with 20 min. If you want it lighter, wash dry and add more with additional time.
