I splurged a little and took a gamble with this product because the reviews were good!
It works great, but it does have a funny smell and you MUST be very meticulous when applying to ensure you are evenly covered. If you rush, you will be splotchy. Also, let dry prior to dressing.

I've gone through many self tanners in the past, sprays creams, everything, neutrogena, jergens, etc. Which were okay,but what sets St Tropez appart was the good even color that did not fade in splotches! The smell was not something I'd choose to wear but it wasn't bad. Although color did build up around the inner wrist creases, but not a hard problem to avoid. I use it every other day or so, daily may be too extreme, exfoliating and using a normal moisturizer all over and especially around areas of build up as a base. Color didn't even bleed into my whites while sweating, or fade from my face after scrubbing. Price is a tad steep, but if you want easy, perfect color, it's worth it.

Great to build a nice tan. I got compliments all summer last year on how tan I got, and I had no problem telling everyone it was fake! this stuff is amazing, I just wish there was a way to not get it on my clothes when I sweat alitte in the summer.

I loved this, it gave a nice gradual tan. This didnt leave my skin looking orange or greasy. I would buy this again.
