Comments about L'Oréal Total Repair 5 Damage-Erasing Balm:

Awesome just awesome.. I have exceptionally dry hair and I wasn't going to try this out but then I thought, why not!? I had just straightened my natural hair for the first time in 10 months so I needed something to bring back my curls just in case I was going to experience heat damage or any kind of damage.. I applied the erasing balm to my hair, pineapple-ed it and then sat under the dryer for a little extra TLC for about 20 minutes and then rinsed it out.. My curls have never ever popped so much and I've never retained moisture like that before. It was great. I'll be using this as a treatment for my hair once a month for sure.

Comments about L'Oréal Total Repair 5 Damage-Erasing Balm:

I've been growing out my hair for six months now and recently my hair has felt terrible! I knew that it wasn't because I needed it cut, because I had just had a trim, but it just felt really dehydrated. After one use, my hair felt very soft and smooth. It makes hair very manageable as well.

Comments about L'Oréal Total Repair 5 Damage-Erasing Balm:

I bought this product on a whim. I kept hearing some many great things about it via youtube and beauty blogs. I have naturally kinky/curly hair that I have been flat ironing a lot lately. I've also dyed my hair twice within a two week period. My hair was just feeling SUPER dry and brittle. I applied this product on freshly shampooed hair and let it sit for around 20-30 minutes (i got lazy). When rinsed, my hair was detangled and crazy soft again! This balm is thick so a little goes a long way.

I was expecting it to me more than what it really was. Although it does make your hair feel GREAT once you rinse it out, I didn't see much difference in my hair when it was dry. Maybe I have to keep using it to get the effect everyone else is getting

Comments about L'Oréal Total Repair 5 Damage-Erasing Balm:

I really love this product. I ombre'd my hair at home recently and the ends were pretty damaged. I tried leaving on my regular conditioner, but it wasn't enough. I have been using this product 2 times a week for a couple weeks now and my hair feels better than it did before the bleach. I love this. I recommended it to a friend and she purchased it.

Comments about L'Oréal Total Repair 5 Damage-Erasing Balm:

I bought this "balm" to help reduce breaking and splitting. First of all, this is conditioner in a jar. There isn't anything about it that makes it different from regular conditioner. I think L'Oreal tried to make their product look different and special by putting it in a jar, but a normal conditioner bottle would have worked much better. The jar is a hassle in the shower - it's big and bulky and has a large lid. You have to unscrew the lid, hold the lid and the jar, scoop the conditioner out with your fingers, and try not to get any water in the jar. It has a strong, chemical-like fragrance. It makes wet hair very slick - it's difficult to wash out of hair and wash off of skin. It does a nice job detangling - after a shower, my brush runs right through my hair. However, that's about all it does. After using it, my hair isn't any softer, and my hair breaks and splits just as easily. I used it a few times a week for two weeks just to give it the benefit of the doubt, but nothing about my hair changed. Save your money and continue using your regular conditioner.
