Comments about L'Oreal Total Repair 5 Damage-Erasing Balm:
So nothing ever works for my hair the way i would want it to, but this product did! i straighten my curly hair often... too often. But this product helped my hair feel smooth once again. i used a non loreal shampoo, rinsed it out, then applied the balm and left it for five min. my hair has big loose curls, and this product allowed the curls to become more formed and voluminous. love.

I went to Ulta looking for another hair treatment I saw online and they didn't have it so I thought I would give this one a try. It has helped my hair start growing again. I went a whole year trying to get my hair to grow again without any luck. My hair looks better and is actually growing now.

I love this stuff! I've used it about 3 times so far and I'm still in love. It made my hair soft and shiny! My ends also look a lot better. I'll be buying this product again.

Comments about L'Oreal Total Repair 5 Damage-Erasing Balm:
This is the most awesome product I have ever used on my hair. I have color-treated hair that gets blown dry and straightened with a flat iron. I need all the help I can get. With the first use, my hair was so much softer and felt great! I received a trial packet of the Total Repair shampoo, conditioner and balm. I am going tomorrow to purchase the shampoo and balm. These are going to be a part of my routine hair care.

Comments about L'Oreal Total Repair 5 Damage-Erasing Balm:
This is honestly the BEST deep conditioner on the market! I have very thin and damaged hair ( due to childbirth) and Total Repair 5 shampoo & deep condition do wonders to my hair! It doesn't leave my hair oily-looking, like majority of other products. My hair feel soft, yet stronger after every use. Also use this product on my almost 4 year old daughter, who also has thin, wavy and long hair. Most hair products weigh her hair down and make it greesy, but not this! :) Would definitely recomend ( and have told everyone I know) this product over any other deep condition! Very reasonable price to!

Comments about L'Oreal Total Repair 5 Damage-Erasing Balm:
This is a great deep conditioner. I was skeptical about its claims but it did a great job with just one use. I've also been using it when I heat style my hair and its been helping a lot. I typically will apply the product to the ends of my hair while in the shower and then heat style. Great product. I'm very happy with it!

Comments about L'Oreal Total Repair 5 Damage-Erasing Balm:
Without a doubt, this is the single best product in my hair care arsenal. I have long, naturally wavy, ultra dark brown hair that can be really coarse or really smooth depending on its mood. My ends are ALWAYS getting too dry, and I recently went blonde, which meant stripping dye, double bleaching, and then dying to tone (this is done about every 2 - 3 months). My hair was FRIED. I picked up some of this on a whim and used it the first time right after bleaching. My hair felt AMAZING -- better than it did even before dying. After using it for about a month, I went in to a new stylist for a hair cut. I hadn't gotten a cut in 18 months (my hair grows REALLY slowly and I wanted to grow it out). I told her what all I did to my hair, expecting to lose a lot of length. Instead, she said that while she could tell from the uneven growth that it had been a long time, I only had maybe 3 months worth of damage, that my hair was in great shape and I only needed 1/4 inch off the ends in the longest area!
