The merchandise never arrived including the free samples. Beware of ULTA using UPS to deliver shipment partway and then having your package transferred to USPS (united states post office for local delivery). My order of ~$80 of merchandise never arrived and USPS has no confirmation scan of delivery. There was a confirmation that the package was "out to delivery," but no confirmation of delivery, even after 4 weeks. I contacted ULTA on multiple occasions via phone calls and emails and the bottom line is, they will not refund your credit card if the order is greater than $50. They will not honor sale prices for re-order of the same items. The only way to fight the charges is to call your credit card company so that they can dispute it with the vendor. At best, ULTA said the problem lays between the consumer and the courier service. REALLY???? This is the worst customer service response for a large on line retailer. BEWARE...if your merchandise is not delivered, ULTA tells you sorry, please contact the courier service.

I can't even describe how much I love this stuff! I have very dry, brittle hair and this moisture mask gives it so much moisture. Smells amazing and leaves my hair soft and silky. I'll sometimes put it on and let it sit for awhile and you can really tell a difference. My favorite hair mask!
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This is a good moisturizing conditioner for fine dry hair. It is a gel formula instead of a creamy formula and does a very good job without weighing hair down. I will definitely purchase this again

I have very thick and dry hair. I do hair treatment quite often. In every day use, I try to use sometime more nature and less expensive from local pharmacies. Many people give great reviews on this product. I think it is a fair one, but not a vey good one. Under the same price range, Pantene's 2-minute deep conditioner does much better job.

I used to buy Lancôme hair mask years ago but it was discontinued. Lancôme is owned by Loreal so I was excited to try this new product. The one I bought isn't quite as fabulous as the old one but it's nice. I might try another formula in the line to see if I get more body.

I purchased this at a low price by combining manufacture and store coupons. So I cannot really tell you if it is priced well. How I used this product: I left this in my unwashed hair for an hour with a processing cap. Then rinsed out with warm water, let my hair air dry after. It smells great and does not leave your hair greasy nor does it weigh your hair down. It does not repair damage but it does what it is intended to replenish moisture. Note: I would use this in combination with any other hair treatments you are currently using.

I have dry hair but it is fine and lacks lift. Most deep conditioners make my hair flat and oily. This is very nice it makes the hair very full and healthy with softness. The reason I gave it 4 stars is I hate the jar, wish it came in a tube! But it is great!

This hair mask worked wonders for my long hair. I use it twice a week just on the bottom half off my hair. My hair was very dry and would even get very tangled but not anymore after using this! My hair is SO soft, silky and tangle free again!!! Love it!

AMAZING product!! I was so skeptical to try this product line but I am SO glad I did. My hair is usually oily on top but tends to get really dry in the middle and the ends. This product makes your hair so hydrated and leaves it feeling so healthy and soft. Highly recommended.
