Seemed like a good idea however very expensive. You need to use their hair products for it to work. I have wavy hair and it straightened it really nice however in about 3 hours was getting wavy again. Liked the thought process behind something that would be better on my hair but I am taking it back. Too much hassle to use with all the product that needs to be used in order for it to work properly. Will buy a hot iron and use protective spray instead.

I wanted this to be life changing! I was so dissapointed! It snagged my hair and didn't really work. My hair was fuzzy and not straightened...and I have already pretty straight hair. I used it twice to give it a fair chance and then returned it. It's a little expensive and doesn't work.

The first thing I did was test the heat using a thermometer. The product claims to distribute heat evenly and that it will not get hotter than 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Both of these claims are false.
The plates on the straightener tend to pull on the hair. (The hair does not glide smoothly through the plates) It was able to straighten my very curly hair, however, my hair remained fluffy. It felt like I was using a cheap $30 straightener.

It works as advertised and I'm glad I bought it but I think it might be over-priced. It doesn't have the look and feel of a relatively expensive flat-iron. The conditioner size is uber tiny. Lastly the heat protectant spray smells like it has a lot of chemicals in it but it seems as if using it is considered necessary for the flatiron to work properly (according to instructions). I guess this is a mixed review but really I am glad I got it because it works and not subjecting my hair to such high heat.

Very easy to use and results lasts through even the most humid days. Make sure to follow the directions exactly or else it won't be as effective, but by doing so you will get amazing results! I notice a major change in my previously dry and damaged hair. It's also great if you're growing your hair out because it makes it stronger and resistant to breakage. I bought mine in October and it has grown 2 inches since!
