like the idea behind the product but it is very messy. the color is nice but has to be passed by the hair at least 3 times to get desired color. when done color can get on clothes and skin (transferable). hair also gets hard and nasty.

Comments about Anastasia Beverly Hills Hypercolor Brow and Hair Powder:
I used the Ultra Violet color to add purple streaks in my medium-brown hair. The color looks great and applies easily, but by the end of the day you can't even tell it was there (except for the weird dry texture of those strands. I'm still looking for a better product.

It works great, but it didn't go on quite as dark teal as I had expected. Still a gorgeous color and fun to use, though!

I loved the product, but I hated the blue washout the next day. I know this issue is unavoidable but buyers be aware that your hair WILL be green tinted the next day. Plan ahead!

Comments about Anastasia Beverly Hills Hypercolor Brow and Hair Powder:
While it can be a little messy in the sense that colorful dust falls all over while applying, this product is FABULOUS! I love it. I have a professional job in which I wouldn't be taken very seriously if I showed up with multicolored neon hair, but this stuff lets me have my fun and return to "normal" when I'm on the clock.
I don't believe it's intended for ALL OVER application, instead, apply in a few strips of hair for a POP. If you have darker hair, use the bright colors.
Applying with a cosmetic sponge has helped me make less of a mess the more I use it, and ALWAYS spray with hairspray after you apply and the fading/rubbing off mentioned in other reviews is CONSIDERABLY reduced.
Obviously, if you wear light colored clothes, you are likely to see a trace of this powder on your clothes where hair rubs. So, use common sense and wear dark clothes!
I love this stuff and recommend it to anyone who wants to try a pop of color without committing to a "permanent" dye job.
Enjoy!!
