This is by far the best bb cream/tinted moisture I have used. It gives great coverage without feeling heavy. It did leave my skin feeling a tad dry so I started mixing it with my brightening primer which eliminates the dry feeling and creates a more dewy finish.

I have very oily skin and live is a very humid area so I decided to give Tarte's new BB cream a try after hearing the awesome reviews. Like most products I purchase I do a bit of research on them and was sold on this product. As my headline reads this isn't a real BB cream this is more of a light foundation for persons who don't like to much product on their face. The best way to apply it is by using a stippling or foundation brush even a sponge works too. I do have to say it covers my pores and has a matte finish. It is a bit oily but if you use a powder like Urban Decay's De-Slick Mattifying or Tarte's amazonian clay finishing powder it will reduce the oil on your face. As for coverage its ok like I stated its a light foundation so don't expect it to work a miracle. The colors are great I have a medium complexion and I use the medium color but if your two toned like me (my forehead is a bit darker than the rest of my face) then a bronzer or warmth powder from BareMinerals will do the job by helping give color in areas needed. I am hoping that this light foundation can last during our hot summers, if it does it is worthy of a repurchase.

This is my first time using a BB cream, but I love this. I am a big fan of Tarte since their products are more natural. The cream gives me enough coverage that I do not have to use a powder foundation, but can be layered under a powder or foundation. I usually put MAC Studio Fix powder over it - I am not a big fan of foundation. I love that it has SPF in it to protect my skin from any harmful rays. It has no odor and goes on smoothly and easily. It makes my skin feel so soft after I apply it. My skin is fairly normal, but can be sensitive to certain products. I am pretty good about using moisturizers since I am approaching 40 - this product does not make my skin break out or cause any kind of rash. I have been using this product daily for about 3 weeks now. I do not notice much improvement in texture or skin condition, but my skin was already in pretty good condition when I started using this.

I have been trying all the BB creams as they come out, and this is by far the best. I bought it because it had such glowing reviews online. All deserved. Goes on smooth, and there is no need for foundation or tinted moisturizer unless you have a lot of covering up to do. It gives a nice overall natural finish. Definitely my fave for now.

I have oily, acne prone skin. Just about every makeup and moisturizer I've tried makes me break out (except for Aveeno's tinted moisturizer, but it doesn't give any coverage). This BB cream was no exception, my acne was much worse after the first day I used it. I gave it one more shot the following day, but the breakouts got even worse. I thought a naturally derived product would be perfect for my sensitive skin but it didn't work out. Also made my skin VERY oily very quickly.
