    This needs some improvement. It does not work for the waterline. And when I apply it to the bottom lash line it tends to run. I have to set it with an eye shadow if I want to go out with it on. It is not waterproof.

        I really liked the color of this pencil but it doesnt stay on through out the day. I was hoping that because it was waterproof that it would last longer, but it didnt. It goes on smoothly, and if you dont have any issues with your eye make up running this would probably be a great product for you.

          This liner is not a good formulation. It's waxy and doesn't apply smoothly...doesn't apply at all when I tried to line the inner rims of my eyes. Won't buy this again!
