Smudge Sticks are what every woman has been looking for in a eye liner! There is a high content of volatile silicones and modern wax oil combinations that make this very comfortable and confident. It will be available in a mechanical pencil no sharpening needed. There is vitamin C and E, which will moisturize and act as an antioxidant to help against skin aging. Paraben free. Not animal tested.
Apply this innovative, flexible formula to your upper and lower lash lines, or use your fingers to smudge into a shadow. Once it sets, the soft, modern finish won't move or crease. No sharpener necessary, simply twist and apply the instant color-release formula for fuss-free, fade-proof pigment.

          Lion fish nice color. Goes on smoothly. Used this for several years. Only complaint is on 2 occasions the pencil would not turn, right out of box. Ulta very good about an exchange; just a hassle.
