I've been using this product line for years and would swear by it. Unfortunately I noticed the conditioner no longer untangles like it used to and it's as though the formula changed. I had to take the conditioner back and get something else but I kept the shampoo. Since I use the matching pairs of shampoo/ conditioner, I now will be changing brands. So, so, so sad to have to leave this line.
