This is a review only for the light pink. I love the color, and the two step process is pretty easy - you should still use a base/top coat because, eventhough you already have to use two coats to get the 'neon' look, it doesn't prevent chips.
I have a pretty large polish collection, and this is a good addition!

Couldn't tell any difference with the white. Just added extra time. Kind of thick so after applying 4 coats (2 white and 2 color), you have a thick icky mess. Not really neon either.
