Comments about Marilyn Flatter Me Too Brush:
My hair is 4c and I blow it out only 2-4 times a year.
This brush made the blow out a lot easier than my last brush. Since the plastic bristles do not have 'knobs' or 'balls' on the tip, the brush does not rip and tear my hair.
The plastic bristles are not gentle on the scalp, but with practice I was able to get the hair at my scalp straight w/o the brush touching my scalp much.
The handle doesn't slip from my hand even with heat protectant product on my hand.
This brush did such a great job straightening my hair that for the first time I've been natural (7yrs) I didn't have to use my stove & hot comb to straighten my hair!

Comments about Marilyn Flatter Me Too Brush:
Plastic bristles bent permanently after one use. Dryer on medium setting, but boar bristles still melted. Will be returning.

It's a great brush ... gets your hair straight without the use of a flat iron ... no frizzies, makes hair silky.

Comments about Marilyn Flatter Me Too Brush:
This brush allowed me to achieve the smooth blow out that I could only get at a salon. I have thick, coarse, porous hair that is relaxed and color treated, so it is difficult for me to have smooth hair with just a blow-dry. Using this brush, I finally achieved a smooth style that alleviated the need for me to iron the length of my hair or my roots, for that matter. I use a regular paddle brush until my hair is about 65-70% dry, then use this round brush to smooth and straighten. My hair was much softer and easier to manage after blow-drying. I also liked that this brush is easier to grip and rotate than other round brushes. You don't have to constantly twist the brush in your hand while drying. The instructions mention that a quarter turn is all that is necessary and that's true. The bristles grab the hair and hold it taut from root to end. The only con I can think of is that this is not a good finishing brush for your ends. Mine were smooth, but I did have to curl them to finish my styling.

Comments about Marilyn Flatter Me Too Brush:
This brush wasn't very nice... white bristles are very sharp and pointy.
