I love these for getting the eyeliner off after a long day. Super soft so they don't irritate my eyes, and they get the majority of my makeup off! I would definitely recommend these for the budget buyer :)

i was out of q-tips and happened to be at ulta, so i picked these up. i didn't expect them to compare, but something was better than nothing. pleasantly surprised...well made and soft at the tips.
