The product is not bad at all, just not for me as I was looking for cotton balls to remove makeup and nailpolish. But I choose the wrong one. don't want to return even though ULTA is always the best for return issue. I am using to remove eye makeup and to clean nail cuticle. Too small in size but still absorb too much product. I will not buy this again as I need the bigger one. It's soft and no complain other than the size. That's why keeping this.

When it said regular size I did not think they would be small. Maybe I typically buy jumbo cotton balls but in all the years I have been shopping on my own (maybe 20?) I have never run into this problem.

The cotton balls are too small. They soak up a ton of product, but then the appliation is uneven because the ball is too saturate. I'll stick with my grocery store brand of cotton balls.

I should have looked more closely at the product. I don't know anyone that will be able to use these cotton balls. Tiny is not even a valid description. Look at the size of these before you purchase or you will be dissapointed.

The puffs aren't soft but they do hold the liquid eye make up remover that I use on my eye area.
