My hair is frizzy curly & very thick. I've used multiple other flat irons both with & without product and within the same day my hair is frizzy again. I've used this flat iron with and without styling products and it works great. My hair stays straightened and looks healthy for a much longer time with the Chi than other flat irons.

I bought this because my 2" Chi finally died.
This Chi does not work well for my hair... Leaves it frizzy and takes forever to straighten all or my hair.
I would LOVE to return it but Ulta gets you with their free samples... I used one of the samples so now I can't return the straightener! Ridiculous.
I am really disappointed in this Chi and more disappointed with Ulta's trick of snagging you with their free samples.

I loved my 1 inch Chi flat iron that my mom gave me 4 years ago. Unfortunately it broke after many tragic falls. I originally ordered another 1 inch until I saw the 1.5 inches and exhanged it. I couldn't be happier. The extra half inch makes a great difference for girls with longer hair like me. My hair can get pretty curly and wavy, but the chi perfectly straightens it with minimal damage it seems. I would highly recommend the CHI 1.5 inches to anyone looking for a quality hairstraighter that will create a lasting style!
