I was very disappointed with this product. I had high expectations that it would be useful on my thick frizzy hair, but not so. It's easy to use and smells great, but it made my hair greasy. I tried using varying amounts and both on dry and wet hair, but it really made my hair worse. I used it prior to work one morning and I was embarrassed to be seen all day. Of course, everyone's hair is different, so it may work on someone else, but I would not recommend it. That somewhat pricey bottle is still sitting on my shelf. I'm not even sure I want to give it away.

I've had my eye on this for awhile but the price caused me to hold off. Then about a month ago in my Ulta flyer I saw they were giving away a small sample kit with purchase. This oil was included so I grabbed the opportunity (I do like Ojon's shampoo/conditioner for color treated hair.)

I have very fine & very thin hair. Chin length. It's super dry & brittle from coloring and regular swimming. What I've learned through a little trial and error is on my hair it's best to apply when damp and let it sit for a few minutes before blow drying. With the right amount applied for my hair type I get shine, body, a lot of softness and it helps my hair stay in place much better throughout the day. If I'm out and getting wind-blown, I can run my fingers through my hair as a quick comb. That just wasn't possible before, my hair would be tangled, frizzing and sticking out all over the place. What I really like is when I brush my hair throughout the day it goes right back to looking fresh, soft and bouncy again.

The amount used is critical to success, so I'm ephasizing this part. Just a dab too much is all it takes to look limp & greasy. (If you're experiementing and get too much in, what worked for me was just a quick rinse with water, no shampoo needed.) For my hair I use just enough to barely coat my palms. When I pour a single small drop onto my palm I end up scooping at least half of that back into the bottle. Then I rub my palms together so there is just barely a coating on them, then work it into my damp hair from roots to ends, really massaging the ends. That amount & method is a success on my hair type with noticeable results.

It does seem like my hair is growing faster after a month or so of daily use. I also notice my hair color has a richer appearance, particularly highlighted areas.

The best thing Ojon could do is supply a dropper or package this oil it in a bottle that has a spritz top (like an organic Argan oil product I used). Anything would be better than pouring, it can get messy.

I loved how this product gave me lasting frizz control (a minimum of two days when used with flat iron initially). However my hair did feel a bit oily dispite using a very small amount on my hair.

I found that even when using a pea sized amount on my below shoulder length hair that wherever I touched it first - after rubbing the oil between my hands - that it stayed oily looking. Just can't seem to get it right - am going back to Chi or Joico . . returning this soon sadly.

I use this oil every morning, both on wet or dry hair, and it adds so much moisture, softness, and shine to my hair. I love it! I have thick, wavy hair that doesn't naturally go straight or curly on its own. When I use the oil before straightening, I find that I can get by with just blowing it out with a hairdryer and don't need to use the straightener--something I've never been able to do before! I also use it before curling my hair with a curling wand, and my curls are smooth, shiny, and bouncy. Wonderful product!

If this procuct is properly used, it is the product everyone looks for. A very small amount goes a long way. It gives that healthy, rich in color, and beautiful mane you see in commercials.

I have very curly hair that gets very dry in the winter and with hair dryer use. I saw a difference in my hair the first time I used this. I love it! I used it in the morning and night for a week to get my hair healthy again now I used it in the morning only on wet hair.
