i am pleased with the product itself but i did not receive my free skincare sampler as promised. i am disappointed that i did not get the free samples i ordered with my nubrillance as i was looking forward to trying them combined with the use of my machine. However i am pleased with the machine itself.

I had 3 of these machines. Kept sending it back because it either did not have any suction from the start, or it lost most of the suction after using a just a few times. I think it would be great if I could have gotton a nubrillance machine that really kept working properly, but after the third machine, I gave up!

Product is easy to use. Device cost is expensive but it will pay for it self after a couple of months. It is so easy to use ; I might overuse it on my skin.
